Legalwins does not recommend or endorse any lawyer. Users search and choose lawyers based on objective criteria such as jurisdiction, practice area, language, and profile information.

Does Legalwins guarantee the quality or outcome of legal services?

No. Legalwins does not guarantee legal outcomes or the quality of legal services. All legal services are the responsibility of the lawyer you engage.

Do I become a client of Legalwins when I contact a lawyer?

No. Any lawyer-client relationship is formed directly between you and the lawyer, not with Legalwins.

Does Legalwins charge users for legal services?

No. Legalwins does not charge users for legal services. Legal fees, if any, are agreed directly between you and the lawyer.

How are legal fees handled?

Legalwins does not set, collect, or process legal fees. All fee arrangements are agreed directly between you and the lawyer you choose to engage.

Is my personal data protected?

Yes. Legalwins operates from Ireland (EU) and processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

Does Legalwins share my information with lawyers without my consent?

No. Your information is shared only in accordance with the platform's functionality and your actions, such as when you choose to contact a lawyer.

Can Legalwins be held responsible for disputes with a lawyer?

Can I choose lawyers from different countries or jurisdictions?

Can I stop using Legalwins at any time?

Yes. You may stop using the platform at any time. There is no obligation to engage with any lawyer.

Yes. For the first 6 months after launch, Legalwins is completely free for lawyers.

No. Any future paid features are optional and clearly disclosed in advance.

Who can register as a lawyer on Legalwins?

Qualified and licensed lawyers who are authorized to practise in their jurisdiction may apply. Verification of professional credentials is required.

How does Legalwins verify lawyers' credentials?

Lawyers are required to submit licensing and professional information. Legalwins conducts a verification process before profiles are approved and visible to clients.

Does Legalwins control pricing or legal fees?

No. Lawyers independently set their own fees, billing methods, and engagement terms directly with clients.

Does Legalwins require exclusivity?

No. Lawyers are free to work with clients from any source and are not restricted by Legalwins in any way.

Is Legalwins responsible for client disputes or legal outcomes?

No. All legal services, advice, and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the engaged lawyer and the client.

Can I limit the type of cases or jurisdictions I accept?

Yes. You control your profile settings, including practice areas, jurisdictions, languages, and client preferences.

Does Legalwins provide case management or legal tools?

No. Legalwins focuses on professional matching and visibility. It does not provide legal practice management, document drafting, or case-handling tools.

Does Legalwins affect my professional liability or insurance requirements?

No. Lawyers remain fully responsible for maintaining their own professional indemnity insurance and regulatory compliance.
